Calculate Resistance Map

this design rule uses the penalty information provided in the docid\ qvg268wfcjftpo4d mwzm in order to return a map showing the areas of highest risk and impact the resistance maps uses the parameters configured in the different asset level penalty parameters (e g wood pole penalty parameters, steel tower penalty parameters etc) the map will be returned as a contour plot with 10 levels red indicates higher resistance there is no need to specify any parameters within the design rule itself since it just uses inputs from other active design rules
