collaborating with optioneer optioneer was built for teams and cross team collaboration the tools in optioneer allow you to communicate directly through saved views, where you can share map data and project features, and comments, which point to specific parts of the map inviting others there is no limit to the number of people that can access a project space, making optioneer scalable for small and large project collaboration to invite someone to the project, navigate to the upper right hand corner of the project map page and click the icon → team management → invites and sharing once team members have been added to a project, the administrator can adjust their https //shared archbee space/doc/4kjfrihuxcxo5wjvhsujl/1yi23qleoaiqd7xh1ztgg#feh3z depending on their needs sharing saved map views saved views are a snapshot of your project's map, pre loaded with gis data and other information you've selected saved views let you jump straight into key project information prepare map based slides for stakeholder presentations and meetings quickly load the most relevant datasets with a single click tell your project's story, where each saved view represents a chapter in the workflow — for example key constraints → corridors → initial routes to access saved views open the saved views menu in the top right corner of the project screen select a view to load (you can sort views alphabetically or by date) to share a view click the ⋮ icon next to the view select copy link alternatively, to send someone a pdf of the current map extent, including a scale bar and key, click https //shared archbee space/doc/skmc dgthrasxesish 7v/ikdzc vztwqumehshzffo#cfkzc comments comments are useful for tracking changes in a project, logging information that isn't available in gis format and communicating with team members you can add comments directly to the map, making it easy to connect relevant information to an area of interest comments made on the map are georeferenced to 1m accuracy c omments let you tag team members attach relevant files and existing project assets (70mb limit) reply to others and form threads document decision making comments can be exported in bulk as a csv file, or filtered by category for a narrower scope, making it easy to capture conversations along a project's journey or use in an auditing report
