Notifications in Optioneer

optioneer makes it easy to stay informed about projects that matter to you when a teammate tags you in a project, you'll receive notifications via email or in app alerts you can also customise your preferences to fit your workflow email notifications you receive an email alert when you're tagged in a comment or a reply click view in optioneer in the email to jump directly to the comment on your project screenshot of the email notification from optioneer altering a user they have been mentioned within a comment in app notifications unread mentions or tags are indicated by a purple dot on the icon in the upper right hand corner of your screen clicking on the notification takes you directly to the comment's location on the project map when clicked, the notification is marked as read to manually re mark any notification as unread , hover over the message and click the icon click mark all as read to clear all notifications at once archiving notifications archive notifications to keep your inbox organised hover over a notification and click the icon to archive it this action cannot be undone to view archived messages, open your inbox and select archived c licking on archived messages still redirects you to their project location managing preferences optioneer gives you full control over how and where you receive updates go to preferences in the inbox drop down menu from here, you can enable/disable in app event notifications using toggles choose email and/or in app as your preferred delivery channel
